CaribPubsPro is an editorial exchange platform operated by Ambarazul, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
CaribPubsPro provides technical tools that allow independent publications to exchange and prepare stories for publication.
CaribPubsPro is not the publisher of stories exchanged through the platform. Each participating publication remains an independent publisher responsible for its own editorial decisions.
1. Editorial responsibility
Publications decide which stories they make available, accept, modify or publish.
Each publication is responsible for reviewing the stories, translations, adaptations, headlines, images, metadata and other material it chooses to publish.
CaribPubsPro does not endorse any participating publication, story, author, opinion or editorial position.
2. Rights and responsibility for stories
A publication making a story available through CaribPubsPro is responsible for having the rights and authority necessary to share the story and its accompanying material.
CaribPubsPro does not independently verify the copyright, ownership, accuracy, legality or suitability of every story exchanged through the network.
Receiving publications are responsible for conducting their own editorial review before publication.
3. Translation, adaptation and AI
CaribPubsPro may provide tools for translating, adapting or preparing stories, including tools that use artificial intelligence or third-party services.
Automated processing may produce errors or changes in meaning. Prepared material should therefore be reviewed and approved by the receiving publication before publication.
CaribPubsPro may help preserve authorship, attribution and story provenance, but these technical features do not replace the legal or editorial responsibilities of participating publications.
4. Connected websites and service availability
An authorized publication administrator may permit CaribPubsPro to connect to the publication’s website to provide requested exchange functions.
This technical connection does not give CaribPubsPro ownership, administrative control or editorial control of the publication or its website.
CaribPubsPro relies partly on internet services, hosting providers, publishing systems, APIs and other third-party technologies. Continuous or uninterrupted availability therefore cannot be guaranteed.
5. Legal responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CaribPubsPro and Ambarazul, LLC are not responsible for editorial decisions made by participating publications or for material a member chooses to offer, accept, modify or publish.
Nothing provided by CaribPubsPro constitutes legal, financial, tax or other professional advice.
Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
This Legal Notice should be read together with the CaribPubsPro Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and, where applicable, any separate agreement between CaribPubsPro and a participating publication.
