These Terms of Use set out the basic rules for using CaribPubsPro. By accessing or using the network and its services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using CaribPubsPro
CaribPubsPro is a professional network for publishers and publishing professionals. It is designed to help members connect, discover and share content, and develop professional relationships across markets.
Users must provide accurate information, use the network for legitimate professional purposes, and keep their account credentials secure.
Accounts may not be used for impersonation, fraud, spam, unlawful activity, harassment, or attempts to interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
CaribPubsPro may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when these Terms are violated or when necessary to protect the network and its members.
2. Your content remains yours
Publishers and contributors retain ownership of the content and intellectual property they bring to CaribPubsPro.
Making content available through the network does not transfer ownership to CaribPubsPro.
You grant CaribPubsPro only the permissions reasonably necessary to display, transmit, format, and technically process that content as part of providing the service.
3. Sharing and republishing
CaribPubsPro is built to make cooperation between publishers easier. That does not mean that everything available through the network is free for unrestricted use.
Content may be shared or republished only according to the permissions attached to it or the terms agreed between the publishers involved.
Original authorship and source publication must be respected.
Where additional permission, licensing, payment, or other rights are required, those arrangements remain the responsibility of the participating parties.
4. Responsibility for published material
Members are responsible for the material they contribute to or republish through the network.
You should only make content available when you have the necessary rights or authority to do so, and you must respect copyright, privacy, confidentiality, trademark, and other applicable rights.
CaribPubsPro provides the network and technology. It does not become the author, editor, or owner of a member’s content simply because that content passes through the platform.
5. Professional relationships
CaribPubsPro helps publishers find and communicate with one another. Members remain responsible for deciding with whom they work and for establishing the terms of any collaboration, licensing, distribution, rights, or other business arrangement.
6. CaribPubsPro intellectual property
The CaribPubsPro name, branding, software, platform design, and original materials belong to CaribPubsPro or their respective rights holders.
Using the network does not transfer those rights to members.
7. Changes to the service or these Terms
CaribPubsPro will continue to evolve. Features and services may therefore change as the network develops.
These Terms may also be updated when necessary. The current version and revision date will be published on this page.

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and Legal Disclaimer, which explain how personal information is handled and the limitations that apply to use of the platform.
